? Computer Sciences and Information Technology in Humanity Computer Sciences and Information Technology in Humanity Introduction Technology has been very essential in human beings’ daily lives, typically in many human beings have proved to be more dependent on technology that that they cannot exist without. Power is one of the most essential in daily lives of human lives and their operations (Sarmento, 2010). More imperatively, power is utilized almost in every aspect of life ranging from domestic use in lighting to industrial use in production of goods. In this case there will be analysis of the electrical generator that can provide free electricity. Again this machine is very critical in elaborating evolutions in technology. As per the inventor and his partner outlines the machine does not rely on physics laws but definitely depict careful application of principles accompanying the contemporary propulsion of cars. This piece of machine depicts a real evolution in technology and furthermore, the machine inclines more on the new invention as compared to development of an existing technology. Mentioning on the free energy, it attracts more demand than attention amongst the population globally. Many people are very sensitive concerning electricity since in some cases it constitutes a larger percentage of the budget. Similarly, in industries many power bills constitute largest amount on the expenditure and this is consequentially transferred to the costs of products covered by the consumers. Up to this point now there is a glimpse on the revolution of technology in addition to new inventions and their role to the global economy. The technology selected for evaluation in this report is anticipated to cause an absolute change in electric power and the overall energy throughout the world (Sarmento, 2010). The electrical generator that can provide free electricity (the Machine) Invention and Development This machine has been developed for a span of six years by John Crispin, a businessman and Leu Briks, an electrician. The inventors’ propositions about the machine have been endorsed by Steve Brasington who is an independent engineer. The machine is called s home generator because of its design, functionality and the most applicable place for its use. In this case the most critical feature in the name is “generator” simply because it is capable of producing power. However, the magnetic electrical generator is more than the information outlined about it. Operation of the Magnetic Electrical Generator The generator is started from a battery ignition or through a manual kick. The generator utilizes a capacitor that is charged by the car battery. According to John, the world’s electrical power is produced through capacitors that are equally charged by the rotating turbines. Once the generator is kick- started it can run for years without stopping. After the capacity is charged, it uses the charge to propel the motor that in turn produces power. According to John and Leu, the generator is capable of producing 24 kilowatts in one day. In simple deduction, it implies that the generator has the capacity to produce one kilowatt per hour, power that is equally sufficient to sustain domestic operations effectively. Principle Involved in Running the Machine According to Steve Brasington, the machine utilizes principles applied in car generation today but in a unique way. John also describes the machine’s operation to be similar to the operation of the car engine and imperatively, the car engine can be replaced by the generator. When Steve Brasington had the opportunity to highlight more about the machine, he explained that the technology on which the machine utilizes is extremely complex and can only be understood as revolutionary. The home generator applies the principles of magnetic attraction and repulsion for its movement. The magnets attracts and repels alternatively on opposite sides causing a harmonize movement of the rotor and this induces electric power beyond the fields. The produced electrical current is then harnessed and used as the desired electricity. Impact on the Present Scientists Many scientists and engineers are skeptical about the machine and its operations. They might be right in their thoughts and its only that they are communicating their misunderstanding of the principles in a more basic form. The scientists don’t believe on the invention because it works without following the conventional laws of in physics and more definite on magnetism and electricity. Steve Brasington explained that the postulations by the inventors were equally right as per the machines capability. However, when the engineer was offered the opportunity to describe the machine he was too general but maintained that the machine is unique. The machine is appealing and excellent in its operation according to the observers through any platform of communicating the machine’s functionality (Arapostathis & Gooday,, 2013). Through this consistency of admiration amongst the public, the scientists have been left with two options. One is to admit on its uniqueness and suggest rewriting of the laws in physics (Elliot, 2004). Secondly, the scientists have warned the individuals who would wish to acquire the machine to be cautious of the abnormalities that might be associated with the home generator since it has not been tested to merit the claimed capabilities. Response from the Members of Public This technology has attracted different reactions among people. Many have been incited and happy regarding the invention, possibly because of their consideration as benefits to their daily endeavors. Since it is about technological revolution in technology, it would be essential to identify the changes that the technology has imparted amongst people. The technology has fostered a feeling amongst people that the physics laws are not perfect one hundred percent in their provisions and that technological advancements are beyond the laws of physics. There are videos about the generator uploaded to the internet. The videos have attracted worldwide views and the vital identical aspect in the views is the desire for autonomy and liberation from the restricted thoughts of the physics laws (Elliot, 2004). Again, I believe that this would attribute to openness in mind and the consequential increment in space for thoughts and innovations. The Anticipated Effects on People’s Lives The overall expectation amongst people is the improvement of their standards of living. Nonetheless, it has to be noted that the impending benefits will result through a number of means. Among the specific aspects the generator will express its essence are as outlined in the succeeding points. Efficiency According to the exposure of the machine operations and functionality, the machine expresses an enhanced efficiency. The generator produces its energy through simplified means through few processes. Precisely, the machine involves starting or ignition from the car battery and finally electric power is generated. Reliability The home generator is anticipated to be exceptionally reliable means of electric power production. The feature of the machine to be started once and run for years accords it the characteristic of reliability. Considering power blackouts as an obstacle to the reliability of electric power use as source of energy, the generator will produce electricity throughout the time after start. The source of power that can supply energy for years is a reliable means (Feist, Shukla & Beauvais 2010). Environment Other sources of energy and power such as oil and nuclear power have adverse effects to the environment and maintaining favorable conditions in these instances have been challenging. Oil combustion in power engines has led to production of toxic gases such as carbon (ii) oxide, lead dioxide and sulfur dioxide among others. These gases have compromised the functionality of the ozone layer permitting radiations in some sections of the world. Nuclear energy is also dangerous to the environment and eruptions have caused environmental dangers. Home generator does not use any fuel and has no fatal environmental implication. Employment The technology is anticipated to create job opportunities to a larger portion of population worldwide. Once the generator is approved by the board, many companies would lobby for the contract and tenders. Finally, a company or many companies will be certified to produce the machine. People such as engineers, technicians and other laborers of different skills will obtain employment (Fardo & Patrick 2008). The distribution and marketing of the machines will be done worldwide and would cause employment to millions of persons globally. Economy The technology will boost the world’s economy a great deal besides individual economies. International exchanges amongst countries will accompany their normal benefits of fiscal gains and improvement of relationships among the countries. Conclusion According to the invention of magnetic electrical generator, a number of lessons have been learned some of which needs no further repeat. The basics should be maintained and the irony incorporated be addressed and emphasized. By the invention being accomplished by a businessman and electrician, there is an explicit implication that invention demands no special education or mastering of conventional laws but it requires maximization of principles application as well as dedication and excellent use of common senses. If everyone inculcates this, then we can achieve incredible heights of technological superiority. Therefore, embracement of the unlimited nature of technology is apt and there is no essence in halting the thoughts assuming that the technological limits have been attained.
