Nowadays the success of organizations depends on the intellectual property harnessed by the company along with its plans and programs for human resource development.Human capacity development (HCD) is the improved version of the training and development formulated by the HR managers of a particular organization. In the competitive market, the need of adapting to change is very important not only for companies but also for people associated with it.

To cope up with the changing pattern of business and market, training and development is the prime solution in order to achieve successful and effective development. Nowadays HCD is an important aspect for increasing productivity of the organization along with organizational growth. Implementation of human capacity development programs will certainly help organizations to increase productivity leading to more revenue generation in the long run.Human capacity development is all about enhancing organizational growth.

There are numerous factors on which organizational growth depends. The five distinct phases of organizational growth are creativity, direction, coordination, delegation, and collaboration. Creativity is the core element for organizational growth. Organizational innovation can be facilitated through the development of skills or competencies of team members. New structures are designed by organizations to achieve innovative goals. Employees will be able to revitalize themselves when the management focuses on skill development.

Scholars argue that the style and attitude of a manager are highly responsible for the growth and productivity of employees. The collaboration between managers and employees is an important factor to initiate organizational growth.
