The paper 'Female HRD Practice in the Public and Private Sectors in Saudi Arabia" is a good example of a human resources assignment. Globalisation has a necessity for organisations to evaluate their strategies to compete effectively in the international markets. Saudi Arabia is a Middle East Islamic state still bound by all international rules, on effectiveness, fairness and equity in human resource development. Gender is an issue in Saudi Arabic when it comes to human resource development (Murad, 1998). This question evaluates the current status of female HRD practice in the public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia while analysing the main rules, and status of the determining factors in the female deployment in the workstations in the general Saudi Arabia country.

The Nature of the Saudi Arabian Women Employment

According to Murad (1998), Saudi Arabia's women workforce in both the public and the private sector occupy 13 percent of the total workforce by the Saudi Arabian nationals. Women graduates in Saudi Arabia from the 51% of the total number of Saudi nationals graduated yet they form the less number of employed percentage. However, the number of the graduates from within the kingdom, are from the overseas countries who mostly are unemployed. Statistics show the 64 % of the national graduated from the Saudi Arabia universities from 2010 to 2012 were women (Murad, 1998). The experts in the Arabia workforce ascribe this effect to the inappropriate working environments for the women as well as the social customs in some Saudi economic sectors.

Murad (1998) asserts that the concept of women working in Saudi Arabian society is still relatively new. It is not an accurate comparison in Saudi Arabia to compare men and women regarding societal development. Many employees’ women in the Arabian society stay at home non-employed. The culture of the Arabian women states that the women are not meant to be given hard jobs as same and that they mostly said to knee housewives (Murad (1998). This dismal religion similarly discourages the concept of women working at the national levels
