Lastly there will be a concluding statement of report to sum up the content of the report. 2.0 Background of the report Emirates airline is an airline company that is based in the United Arab Emirates. The company is an auxiliary of the emirate group. The airline company is the largest in the Middle East and it operates almost 3,400 flights every week from its hub and they move passengers to 150 cities in seventy four countries in six continents. The airline is ranked as being among the ten best carriers in the world and it has over time been recognized as being the largest airline in terms of fleet size, revenue, and passengers. In the year 2012, emirates airline was categorized as the 4th largest airline in relation to the number of international passengers carried (Emirates airlines official website, 2013). HR departments in almost all companies are usually tasked with the duty of ensuring the satisfaction of the employees and the manner in which they work. This department usually has to fulfil this goal in that they are looked upon to help the organization in attaining its objectives as well as its strategic goals through the effective management and maintenance of the employees. The human resource department usually offers a lot of support to the vision of the company and this is done by creating flexible and innovative human resource solutions. The strategy of this goal will be to work collaboratively with all the other departments so as to diversify the emirates airline.
