The paper "Exploring Employee Relations" is a wonderful example of a report on human resources. In this regard, a relevant set of organizational examples have been provided in terms of differentiating the roles of the key players within the ER field. Moreover, critical explanations to the living wage and supporting relevant evidence have also been incorporated in the report while determining an efficient ER environment (Gennard & Judge, 2010).

Finally, the discussion of the report examines and assesses the relevance of the processes associated with ER and explores conflicts and tensions that can arise in the future. In this report, the roles, strategies, and differing perspectives of the key ER actors have been discussed by reflecting on the UK and EU legislation with regard to employee relations in the UK.Employee relation is a philosophical aspect, attached with essential attitudes as well as skills rather than with typical management functions along with specifically defined activities.

Correspondingly, the development of employee relationship helps in managing conflicts, mediations as well as relevant other industrial actions that might lead to the stagnation of operations such as strikes (Leat, 2007). Companies in the present domain are operating based on the development of their competitive advantages and through the efficient management of productivity (Gennard & Judge, 2010). Simultaneously, employee relationship helps in developing coordination with elements like trade unions, its recognitions as well as negotiations towards company’s management.

These strategic incorporations include collective bargaining along with other relevant incidents (Wilton, 2010).
