Total quality management is a concept that has been with us for long time being developed and embraced by different companies with time. The concept is about introducing quality in all facets of production from design of a product to the ultimate sale of the product to the customer. Quality needs to be adopted in not only the production process but also the distribution, administration as well as customer service.
