Training The Main Stakeholders The main stakeholders in this training program are the new employees who affect the performance of the company. Some are not familiar with the organizations hierarchy, some have quantitative accounting problem, and others do not have the necessary computing skills. The second stakeholders are the managers in the accounting department. They are significant because their performances are negatively affected by the poor performance of the new staff. The other stakeholder groups are the human resource managers and director. They are significant in finding ways of improving the current situation. The last stakeholder is the company which is significant because it’s overall performance if the current situation is not resolved.
In preparing the training program, Peder Wargren and his HR team should determine the training needs of each employee to increase its effectiveness (Lawson, pg. 33).
Orientation and Training program outline for PAATP
The following should be accomplished during the three months training of new employees:
1. New employees will cover the following items during the orientation stage;
a) Organizational background
b) Organizational hierarchy
c) Job description
d) Human resource Policies
e) Health and safety procedure
f) Question/answer session
2. The first section of the training will look at the elements of the accounting system in particular analysis of quantitative accounting problem.
3. The second section will cover the basic computer skills required in the accounts department.
4. The final section will look at the human relation and conduct including;
a) Teamwork
b) Organizational Hierarchy
c) Relationship between different departments
