Assignment Introduction A learning contract is a jointly documented agreement between learners and facilitators to help students evaluate current capabilities with desired capabilities, and establish the best approach for closing the gap (Sweitzer & King, 2013. In a simple term, this document answers a question relating to what a student need to be acquainted with that they do not already know. The learning contract comprises learning goals, accessible resources, challenges and resolutions, time lines, and assessments. The emphasis is on ensuring every activity pertinent to those facilitators and personal requirements of the learner which are dependable with the objectives of the course and topic.
The core issue of a learning contract is to provide a guiding strategy for personal learning. What is needed in a learning contract is a clear declaration of the rationale of the contract. This may be provided as an aim, a predicament or a matter. The purpose must be suitable to the course or subject and be adequately challenging to merit inclusion in a bachelor level program (Anderson, Baud & Sampson 1998). Purpose of learning contracts can be indicated as transforming responsibility for the education process from the educator to the learner to enable students learn better with a clear focus. It is also to offer a motivation by insuring accomplishment under known conditions.
Learning contract is a means for a student to have a prepared learning model to pursue. This structure must be specifically designed for individual student’s needs. It offers information and objectives the student has set for their individual use.

Critically evaluate this ment.In general, activity based costing (ABC) has been largely described as an alternative method of allocating overhead costs based on logic rather than arbitrarily imputing cost entirely to resulting production output. Historically, ABC started to become popular as an alternative approach to traditional cost accounting about three decades ago, where the latter has become increasingly proving its irrelevance (Emblemsvag, 2010). For Plato, the soul is the real self --- and is immortal --- and that death and dying is a means to release the person's true being. It means that the body will decompose at death, but the soul is incapable of doing so. 2. The Katha Upanishad, according to Yama's teaching, is the passenger of the chariot, which is the body (1.3.3-4). This is similar to the ideas found in Phaedrus or Parmenides.
