That is why it is possible to draw a conclusion that an integrated system plays a very important role in every private or public activity. Most of the companies can't imagine their work without these systems as well as without computers. HRIS is a great helper in dealing with human resources. (Reh 2005)The primary functions of the HRIS within the business organization are to monitor the availability of skilled workers, to recruit and to screen applicants for jobs, to help in selecting qualified employees, etc.

HRIS can automate and store all the mentioned functions. It is similar to a software system, but it is used by employers, not by customers. The systems are told to be robust and such as integrate "with third-party solutions for payroll tax tables and more". (Human Resources Information System)After research it is found out that the main benefits of modern updated HRIS are:Security of password involving control access by company, user, department, or ranking. Nevertheless, security breaches were reported.

Including many personnel topics and their updating. It is possible to set up an endless variety of new ones in order to suit the company's environment.Defining each position into the establishment and making easier to identify the vacant positions for applicants, allocating employers, and hiring new ones."A pictorial absence register allows on-demand inquiry at any time"; supporting calculations and automatic posting.HRIS disciplinary process gives the opportunity to "flag" employees' records, to send different reminders to diaries, and to delete reminders automatically when are not used.

Human resource managers will have more free time to spend on pieces of training due to such a system. HRIS provides company will a lot of useful opportunities that were beyond the reach several decades ago. HRIS allows managers to attach skills not only to workers but also to the working process. Systems enable managers to build new training plans, to make easier the comparison between employer's qualification and job requirements, etc. HRIS also enables managers to identify the most effective media for the company based upon previous results.

All these facts are evidence that HRIS plays a very important role in developed and developing companies. (Human Resources Information System)
