A diverse class or environment is an exhilarating and valuable place to be since students, teachers, and mentors from different backgrounds have dissimilar viewpoints and perspectives; additionally, students are more likely to become open-minded and global thinkers among other advantages. For instance, Totto- Chan continuously opens her desk, stands at the window waiting for a band to pass by, or even shouts at the pigeons because that who she is; naturally, the fact that these are all wrong acts doesn’t matter to her.

In any setting, the teachers, parents, or any other adults determine how a child turns out and no one is born perfect. Everyone has their flaws but when giving attention and analyzed through the necessary approach; there are ways to solve the problem. This is one of the basic ways of catering to students’ emotional needs but the teacher from Totto- Chan’s first school does not acknowledge this. She gives so much attention to the problems Totto- Chan causes failing to perceive her as a child who needs extended attention, a special approach, and understanding in detail.
