The era of James Earl’s presidency gave a lot of deal of motives and objectives to James Earl to achieve. The biggest fear that hit the nation of Unites States was the fear of future as the depression slowed down the prosperity in the economy of Unites States. The lack of confidence in the nation of United States was evident in the presidential election that was a competition between Gerald Ford and James Earl. Carter presidency was finally in action from 1977 that made Carter enthusiastic to get the tasks done. At one hand, people criticized the foreign policy because it could have given rise to the hatred from governments of undeveloped countries while on the other hand some of the people appreciated and predicted that the use of human rights clause in the foreign policy will help making the relations balanced with Soviet Union and People republic of China. The first treaty was signed between Panamanians and Americans for the rights of canal while the second treaty was signed between Israel and Egypt for negotiation over the conflict of Sinai Peninsula. One fact about these treaties was that people were against the treaties. In the first case, American nation did not want to run the canal with a share of Panamas and in the second treaty Muslim world was against the negotiation between Israel and Egypt. James Earl Carter greatly lost his popularity in United States as the biggest imbalanced took between Iran and Iraq. James Earl Carter toppled the government of Iran as more and more revolution took place in the region of Persian Gulf and in particular, Iran. James Earl helped the government of Mohammad Reza Shah in Iran with the help of providing a great deal of economic and weaponry help to Iran and this was the reason behind the denotation of Iran as the greatest ally of United States in Persian Gulf. James Earl could not bear the condemnation thus he blocked all the economical and weaponry aid to Shah. The result of quitting aid turned Shah into a weaker body to govern Iran. Later, Shah of Iran came to New York for his treatment of cancer. The Muslim fundamentalist gave warnings to the government of Unites States to send Shah back for process of exile. Muslim Fundamentalists attacked the embassy of United States with brutal bomb blast. The staff of American embassy was then abducted by Muslim fundamentalists. James Carter got to negotiate the freedom of 13 hostages and by that time Shah of Iran died of cancer. The remaining hostages were freed by diplomatic technique of Canadian and Algerian states as James Earl Carter failed to achieve the freedom of the remaining hostages out of frustration. The result of inability of negotiation, James Earl had to suffer from lack of internet and believe of nation of Unites States in him. Some of the domestic problems that James Earl Carter had to suffer were the economical problems of United States. The leaders of Congress became demanding of effective leadership and James Earl Carter could not solve the problems altogether. That’s why he rather avoided the leaders of congress and adopted some of the republican approaches to solve the economical problems. The approaches of James Earl increased the interest rates, cut taxations and greatly decreased the social gathering federal expenditures. The critics believed that it was due to the lack of effective presidency of Carter.
