For example, many African countries have become trade and commerce partners with the European Union, North American markets, and Russia among others. The worldwide distribution of trade, commerce, and general opportunities continues to uplift African economic conditions toward global standards. Another key benefit of globalization lies in international understanding and diversity tolerance. As diverse populations embrace international integration, it is evident that globalization promotes international understanding.

In a global village context, American businesses operate in foreign countries under the concept of multinationals. On the same note, for example, European, Asian, and African immigrants are increasingly accessing employment opportunities in the United States.
