Since they are not economically stable, they do not have the economic muscle to protect their rights. In such instance, humanitarian organizations should step in to offer optimum protection.

Human security should be considered a global good that is public. Therefore, the international community will have specific responsibilities in regard to the public good. In such a scenario, the international organizations will be addressing issues that affect human beings in all regions (Tadjbakhsh and Chenoy185). As such, there will be the protection of human interest in both developed and developing countries. In this context, the international community will consider security a basic need that should be limitless.
