Despite the fact that the article had a lot to talk about as Russian movements and French reforms, that is not a concrete evidence enough to advocate against reformer on the terrorist that comes after the act of the formation of the movements. Strengths The book has critically outlined the difference of the old and the new wars. Here the article outlines evidently that both the policy-makers and the scholars understands the conflict and contemporary war in the context of globalization. The book further asserts that what a nation thinks as war is anachronism and, it is further notable that in its place, there is a new form of war. This new form of war is the organized violence or in other words, it is called new war. The article has gone further to outline the consequences that comes along with terrorism, some of the consequences are the assassination. Several reforms and movements are the sources of the new war in the current world. Some of the reforms and movements were the French movement and the Marxist revolutions in Russian government. These movements cause individuals to be formed in a ruthless battle and so, they have only one aim in life that they portray their gasp in menace. It is clear from the article that some models in Russia could go to extend of doing acts as assassinations in different countries. It is evident here according to the passage that some reforms, models, or movements tent to encourage assassinations and that they end up causing the act of terror. Therefore, to crown this passage, it illustrates that it is not wise to form several reforms in a country since the same reforms can fail to reach to the desired goals and becomes hazardous. Further, the books illustrate pertained factors that are supposed to be used or implemented to stop current or new war.
