Discrimination at work places In the world we live in people are different in many ways. For instance some come from different races, others have different skin color, and some from different tribes and characters differ too. Despite these differences no one has a right to treat their colleagues unfairly due to their indifference. Thus discrimination can be defined as the act of treating other prejudicially due to their indifference with the majority of the community. Discrimination can be on an individual on in a general group.
According to most laws in the world discrimination against workers is highly prohibited (Doyle 27). This is due to the negative effects they have on the workers. The make workers not achieve their full potential at their work places. If a company is found discriminating any of its workers should be made to pay because it is against the law and human rights too. In the 2005 a company paid $50 million for damages after a law suit settlement filed by workers for claims of discrimination (Doyle 56).
Discrimination can be of various types and magnitude, and they include hiring and firing, job allocations within a company, biasness and many more. Discrimination in companies is highly felt by employees especially when it comes from the management staff, for instance when managers favors a group of employees because they are from the same race, denying others the chance to exercise their duties which they could do better than the favored employees.
There are several laws against discrimination in work place. According to Federal Equal employment opportunity laws of the US it is an offence to discriminate an employee based on gender, race, color, religion and national origin (Gillam 56). Human beings should all be treated fairly despite their indifference, this as per the human rights which help in eliminating discrimination.
When creating up company policies human rights should be put into consideration and they should highly condemn biasness. Laws should be put in place to protect the under-privileged in any organization. In this way it will help create a friendly environment to all employees thus improving their productivity.

..., it can confidently be said that the IPV6.o module was an autonomous start up script. In a very regular manner, dd-wrt (2012) notes that “Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) is a network layer IP standard used by electronic devices to exchange data across a packet-switched internetwork.” There are however unpredictable cases where autonomous IPV6 are created. With those autonomous IPV6 found in Microsoft Windows, they have been characterised by the dynamic computation of IPv6 and using by default and hence the IPv6.o module (dd-wrt, 2012). It has even been argued that these autonomous start up scripts “can cause some trouble under certain conditions where the server needs a unique and...

...of property for a smaller price than its worth value, where the main aim of the seller is to benefit the person who is purchasing property in order to influence his government official actions. Bribery is in white-collar crimes category because it is nonviolent and focuses on the social background of the person involved in the act. Lippman (2010) argues that White-collar crime is an illegal act which employs concealment and deceit rather than force application in order to obtain service, property or money. This is what bribery aims at; it does not involve any form of violence but rather takes an advantage to avoid loss or payment of cash in order to obtain a professional or business advantage.
