?Problem of Human Trafficking: The menace of human trafficking looms as a threat in form of dark cloud over various nations. The bitter part of the fact is that it is not limited to a particular border and continent; it is an international game that engulfs nearly every continent and border. Millions of cases are reported every year where innocent people are forcefully or deceitfully dragged into human trafficking for various obnoxious purposes. Mostly women and children are their direct prey. The business is not confined to a particular group or operators, rather in the name of it; all over the world different people work for this purpose in various societies and exchange across the borders and oceans is a characteristic trait of this evil practice (Kim Esq, Kim and Kiel 2008). Various countries have their own human traffic control authorities and disciplines which ensure mitigation of human trafficking within its borders and across. Internationally efforts are being made to counteract this turbulence; however the need is for a more effective joint venture across the platform internationally. The parent organizations need to join hands against the nuisance. This can be made possible through expansion of human intelligence, more effective borders surveillance systems and signing of accords that allows actions across the borders. United Nations General Assembly in 2000 passed a resolution in the form of Protocol to Prevent, Suppress, and Punish Human Trafficking in Person, which is seen as a positive step towards the culmination of human trafficking (Gupta 2006). However, the job is far from being accomplished and more needs to be done internationally, in order to make the world a better and safe place for many who fall victims to it every year. Having highlighted the issue of human trafficking, it must not be deducted that all kinds of immigrations are illegal and non conducive. Immigration and migrants are natural phenomena and is a need of many countries. It allows exchange of people, and many a times, a particular country’s economy heavily relies on the working of immigrants since they provide low rate labor (Zheng 2010). One of the five truth commissions: The truth commission that got established was for the purpose of humanitarian efforts for restoring peace and punishing the guilty. This took place in 1983 when the civilian President took over in Argentina and took a step forward to investigate the wrong doings conducted by the military junta of the predecessor regime who had once forcefully overthrown the elected government back then. During the military rule oppression was quite common in practice and as many as thirty thousand people went missing, while others are harassed in various ways. They visited the places that were used for torture and as prisons along with all other evidences that were left and could help in the investigation process. High level official investigation was conducted in this regard which lasted over an extensive long nine months and the entire findings were named as “Never Again”. As a result of this, trial was conducted and the once mighty military rulers were brought to justice through this effort launched by the then President of Argentina. The movement went very well amongst the folks and people supported this entire process (Robben,2007). Justice: Justice is the pivot towards the balanced operations of any society. It is the fact of equality, humanity, unbiased attitude of individuals and organizations. Justice could be either in form of motivation of as institution. The former is an individual effort, while the latter pertains to the society and judicial setup. Legal system is defined as one that constitutes all the essentials which make up for a system that would suffice the needs of a society. Any crime committed or any offense is dealt according to the legal system of a particular society and country (Orme, 2007). Political Justice pertains to the legal and social judicial norms practiced in the helm of political activities, which primarily embodies the political workers and parties. It is the function of ensuring that all the political activities and parties get due attention and no one gets any favors from any corner. The private justice enrolls the legal rights that an individual and a citizen may possess. Every constitution and provides the assurance of private justice and legal rights to each individual (Stone, 2007). Japan’s Policy: According to Japan’s immigration rules, the Korean Ethnic groups fall in the category of aliens .According to the expert in this field, who wrote his memoirs, the solution lies in alienating the foreigners in the same manner as the Korean ethnic groups have been side lined. The shrink in the population crust will have direct implications on the ambiance and the social manners in which the once populous cities used to go about its affairs in previous years (Chapman 2008). Japanese policy makers and the people themselves have to make a choice between the so called small option and the big option. One is in favor of the ever shrinking population, while the second one advocates the entry of immigrants or so called aliens into their borders to boost the natural process and maintain a balance and a increasing curve in the population stats of Japan (Fujita 2009). Contrary to what most countries are facing, Japan is facing a decline in population and ultimately a punch to its economy. The future policy is being chalked out in consideration of the role of immigrants who might contribute towards the population and indirectly the economy. Japan is at cross roads and need to consider the immigrants’ factor to the deepest thought since its future prosperity largely relies on it. According to the study and opinion penned by the expert on immigration laws and affairs, the small option seems to favor the dynamics of Japanese economy and culture. Japan might not be in a position to accommodate and adjust four hundred thousand immigrants every year. The international laws and agreements would play an important role in this regard because complete denial and rejection of immigrants might not be possible. The solution recommended is that for the time being, the choice of opening of doors towards the immigrants in a controlled manner might resolve the issue at hand. The case of Mexico in the light of U.S: Mexico served as hub of both legal and illegal immigrants across its borders to all the neighboring countries. More than goods and trade, the humans crossed their borders. However the recent recession and economic crunch across the globe has changed the pattern to some extent. The slump in the United States economy and job market and reduced the percentage of immigrants who would sort America as the ultimate place to find jobs (Borjas 2007). Mexico itself is entangled into economic crunch and needs support and uplift of economy and market. The high fertility rates are considered to be the passive contributors towards the economic downturn, though it is not the only factor that has caused the economic crisis. The Case of Turkish Immigrants in Germany: Turkish citizens have lived in Germany since the 1960s, however with various financial situations and policies being revamped, they had to find a solution towards the outsiders that have long settled here. The number of Turkish immigrants surmount to over three million in Germany and for this reason. The problems faced by them are numerous and they are underdeveloped and less educated compared to the other immigrants that have settled from other parts of the world in Germany (Klusener 2007). Concerns have been expressed even by the authorities over the way the Turkish immigrants are treated and being provided with any sort of privileges. The officials of both governments got engaged in exchange of comments about the way Turkish immigrants are being treated and forced to learn German first over Turkish. The issue was further hampered when the German chancellor commented against the concept of multi-culturism in Germany and termed it an unsuccessful endeavor. In bid to protect the rights of those Turkish citizens who are abroad, a concept of blue card has been introduced recently, which goes in favor of the immigrants and provides them considerably more privileges compared to past. Australia and Immigration law: Like every other country, Australia welcomes immigrants, however in the legal way. Its business community benefits in a direct manner from the immigrants that come their way every year. For this purpose they have devised various programs which primarily include the skilled migrants program, which facilitates the immigrants and enables the officials to make decisions based on the information available about the migrants (Vrachnas, Bagaric et al, 2011). The present government focus is on policy that ensures contained amount of migrants’ entrance into the Australian cities since few of the members of the governing administration criticized the previous government’s policies of migration and believed that they were counterproductive towards the Australian economy and resulted in jobs saturation for the locals as well. The government has increased the percentage of migrants’ capacity from 29 percent to 55 percent which is a staggering increase in the amount of migrants that are being received and welcomed by the Australian government.
