(Add (Add (Add Futurism The force behind the Alexandrian born Thomas Marinetti’s demonstration of love for Italythrough a storm of changes in art was initially meant for inflicting a political storm through arts. The development of futurism in art experienced the best rise after the World War I, where the artists succeeded in presenting the dynamics of visual arts and paintings with the insertion of sensations to the experience of vision. As a result, the forms of futuristic art had a promotion from paintings to filming movies.

In general, Marinetti’s urge for aggression in expression, either by visual forms or by literature, was the basic outline of the promising changes in futurism. Categorically, the induction of futuristic love for speed in life style, mostly with the association of technological advancement in instrumentation of all walks of life, was the power-house for the futuristic movement. Futurism has been a revolutionary idea primarily that brought in renaissance in the presentation of art and social movements, first experimented in a paintings and sculptures in the early 20th century Italy.

The term futurism, as the name denotes, focuses on the expectations of the changes in social life and art forms associated with natural and technological diversities the world is largely supposed to experience. The concept of futurism was, ever since, a new guideline for the alteration of all existing forms of art that related to every human enterprise, ranging from dwellings to music. However, despite the improving tendency of people to accept the supremacy of the concept, it has been widely argued that futurism in most forms of art other than painting has to go a still way off to see that the fundamental objectives of the vision are met.

Most basically, there was an arguable progress in the field of commercial art forms, owing basically to the futurism era. The new thought has brought amazing improvement in the world of art with wider scope of presentation of conceptual and spiritual details of life. According to Khalifa, the basic claim of the futurist manifesto was to encourage artists to keep themselves from the conservative views and focus on contemporary themes for their arts. The development in art forms particularly, painting, has made a platform for the rapid changes in the industrialization of artistic skills.

Italian views of a forthcoming international tension and the expected changes in the political and economic scenario might be considered for the basic reasons for a raise of such a new thought based on the future of the people in a technically guided world. Considering the contributions of futurism in art, the revolutionary changes in industrial designs of mechanical and civil structures and motion picture digitalization of the present day are to be seen most prominent. Such changes have incepted the notions for encouraging the work for the needs of future for exotic designs of motor vehicles, cities and most visibly, surrealism in movies with digital images.

According to certain assumptions, “the identification of the human being with the motor implied, for Marinetti, the possibility of a prosthetic body, with the increased potential of new external organs” (Berghaus, 139). Futuristic approach is, however, sometimes a resource of accumulating the aesthetic confusion in the viewers’ mind, but it is actual platform for building a new taste to the artwork. In a sense, the futurist movement is a reality to a great extent when computerized art designs came into existence in the way of industrial development in the modern world.

From the origin, three art models may be taken for consideration; Umberto Boccioni’s “The Street Enters the House” (1911), ‘Elasticity’ (1912), and “Unique Form Of Continuity In Space” (1913) (“The futurism art movement…”). In all these three works, a gradual change of thoughts lies inside the enfranchisement of surrealistic views. These handmade designs are the insignia of human thoughts beyond the realistic frames of vision, obviously, for seeing the unseen frames of insight.

Essentially, the experience of background scores in the filming of a movie is just not a device to cover the areas of absence of voice, but it features the speaking through themes and sounds to represent the implications of the situation. Secondly, the photographic sessions and video shootings, basically for advertising; in them, substantial elements of themes and light patterns are employed for better effect of the picture. As a synopsis, there was a legendary revolution in the field of movies and advertisements apart from industrial designing for textiles and architecture after the introduction of futurism in art.

The promotional factors such as rapid progress in education and scientific thinking among people and the increasing enthusiasm for entertainment made a platform where the artists brought home the escalation of sensual experiment with innovation through imagination. As long as the trend continues, the existence of futuristic emphasize of art cannot be denied. Works Cited Berghaus, Gunter. Futurism and the Technological Imagination. New York: Rodopi, 2009.
