A comprehensively written contribution is required in this regard to mitigating quality related issues through quality management (Sousa,2002).A situation can comprehensively until more than a single perspective is taken into account for evaluation. Evaluation of healthcare and social services is important in order to address the concerns of the stakeholders involved. How? A number of methods have been evolved to with the help of which quality can be gauged. There are certain benchmarks that are weighed along with prevalent standards in a given environment.

In our cases certain constraints have emerged as discussed above, therefore it is important to carry out the evaluation at the first place.A number of perspectives exist that can be employed for the evaluation perspective. But for sake of objectivity in evaluation, two main perspectives, stakeholders can have, are discussed here, vis. Internal Perspective and External Perspective:Internal Perspective involves satisfaction of clients and their family member. This perspective client-centric and it is pertinent to mention that the close relations to them are equally important in this perspective.

For a feedback, a survey can be helpful for the evaluation process. It is pertinent to mention here that Internal Perspective can be judged through the role and appraisals of supervisors and managers. They are also important stakeholders and evaluation of health and social care service can be done more accurately with the availability of data, in addition to the data provided by clients and their relatives.External Perspective involves the comparative analysis of services provided and ISO quality standards.

This evaluation will help in quality assessment and comparison with the ISO (International Standard Organization) benchmarks.
