The Impact of Dimensions and Key Drivers of Quality Introduction To start with, organizations around the world are doing their best to ensure that their individuals remain healthy and free of diseases since they are their most prized possessions. Efforts and endeavors are incorporated to guarantee that these employees are given the best treatment realms because they will in effect bring out the best of their skills and capacities, which will decide the course of action of the business company as a result. The healthcare services within an organization are important to comprehend, mainly because these bring to light a number of viewpoints, most significant of which is the fact that organizations need to grow with regards to providing healthcare services that will essentially outline the need to look after their own employees’ health domains and overall atmosphere of goodwill within the employees. They should feel good about the organization that they work for because this is a very pertinent aspect of their work realms. If the same believe that the organization does not pay much heed towards their health, then it is decided by them to give in services which are not up to the required standards and just fulfill their obligations with a heavy heart. This paper studies the basis of the provision of healthcare services and the dimensions and drivers of quality and safety within an organization and finds out the influences, impacts and consequences of these different dimensions and key drivers which would guarantee quality and safety for the sake of the employees, who remain an essential part of any organization around the world.. What are Healthcare Services? In its truest sense, healthcare services comprise of a number of different actions and tasks which are in line with the overall good of the organization as its employees are being given the best possible healthcare facilities and amenities, to suggest that they deserve acclaim and recognition at the hands of their own company. The healthcare services are very direct and have a one-to-one relationship with the employees. They seek assistance because they need the healthcare services within their realms as nobody remains healthy enough for a long period of time, and is bound to break down every now and then. The healthcare services are now being studied on a global basis, where it is taken as a subject of research and related study amongst the different universities and colleges of the world. Medical science has moved ahead and so have the times. The organizations of present times are doing their best to step ahead and break new grounds, explore the basics related with the healthcare services, and thus provide the best possible healthcare facilities to the people who matter the most within an organization – its employees who are its best resources. In essence, these healthcare services are an indication of the success that organizations have achieved over a period of time, and how these will impact the employees in the days to come. How Organizations view the Healthcare Services? To understand in the most basic sense, there is a dire need to understand how organizations view the entire premise of the healthcare services. If the organizations are serious about the provision of these healthcare services, their policies are drafted as such. However if there are serious issues in the wake of the provision of these healthcare services, this would mean that the health regimes are something that are taken as part and parcel within the organization and there is no grave concern that exists as such. The employees are not being respected for who they are and what they do within the domains of the organization that they work. This is a classic case of taking the employees for granted. It is true that often times one can see that these organizations are at the losing end of the spectrum. How this is ensured has been demonstrated with practice by most of the organizations even in the changing world of business and competitive organizational race. Still there are some companies which do not believe in being honest within their dealings with their own employees. These organizations are not rated very highly and shall be taken as negative in one way or the other. The provision of the healthcare services highlights the role of the top management domains within these organizations. If these top management authority positions are serious in the provision of the healthcare services, they would embed the same within the quality provisions which are very important from an organizational standpoint that exist within these organizations. However if there are serious problems in giving out these healthcare services in terms of quality and safety towards the employees, there would be no such step undertaken by the organization in essence. These are important discussions as all of these underline the need for having a proper system in place. If the top management believes in taking things as and when they come, there is a perspective which suggests that failure will indeed come about sooner rather than later. The employees would start feeling alienated at the workplace and thus distance themselves from such organizations in one way or the other. There would be times when the aspiring individuals who would seek jobs at the organizations that do not provide any quality and safety within the provision of healthcare services, will take a step ahead and start avoiding them. These are very troubling matters for the organizations as such and should be comprehended in a manner they are detailed. Fortunately, the organizations of today are thinking wisely. Now they are taking the quality and safety premises within the aegis of healthcare services very seriously as there is a definitive role of the top management domains. Such incorporations have meant that organizations have remained true to their own selves, looked after the rights of the employees and given them the best possible treatments that they direly require. Quintessentially, the safety and quality dimensions within the healthcare services are something important as these discuss quite a few areas which would eventually bring about a number of positives for the sake of the organization and more than that the employees who work under the aegis of these organizations. Quality and Safety Factors within Healthcare It must be understood here that the quality and safety dimensions and key drivers are very necessary to comprehend when one tries to get hold of the healthcare concerns that are applicable within an organization. What this outlines is the need to have stringent incorporation of quality and safety within the dynamics of healthcare organizations so that any ambiguities which might arise are taken care of in an able manner. These factors are important because these discuss the significance of the healthcare realms with regards to the provision of the same for the general public and more specifically for the sake of the employees who work within an organization. Both quality and safety regime bank on providing state of the art services on the part of the organization as these look at pinpointing the details which are mentioned within any organizational plan. These get drafted and amended as and when the times change and needs alter. The important thing is to understand that the organization is ready to listen to the demands of the employees as they wish to be given the best possible standards and facilities once they are at the job, and ask for maximum support and commitment from the employers without any biasness or hesitation. If these quality and safety factors are not adhered to, there could be inconsistencies within the entire dynamics of doing things within an organization. Adding to the discussion, quality and safety are important dimensions and these must be adhered to no matter how difficult it is to incorporate them, more so when the talk goes out loud regarding the provision of the healthcare services. The employees would feel that they are insecure and that they have not been provided with the most adequate facilities which they must be given on a consistent basis. Such discussions are also important to understand as these outline the need for doing things the organizational way. Those companies which bank on experience and growth beyond the limits of expansion must focus on providing healthcare services which are expandable and which look to emphasize a great deal on the provision of amenities for the sake of their employees. This would in return ask the employees to be more forthright about their actions and behaviors as well as bank on backing up their own skills and capacities to bring about success and achievement within their work domains for the sake of the organization where they are recruited in the first place. What is in essence needed is sheer commitment and room for improving the already present standards. These discuss the need to remain proactive no matter how difficult the times are for the sake of the organization and what kind of healthcare services’ standards are being followed all over the world. What the organization must do is to inculcate a sense of belief and change the direction of the wind since the healthcare services are being enhanced by the day and pretty soon this would be a norm in nearly every organization of the world. Influence and Impact of Quality and Safety within an Organization Specifically speaking from an organizational standpoint, one can see that the healthcare services are on the up as far as their delivery and performance of standards and facilities are concerned. What is most important is the fact that quality and safety tag along with these healthcare services as is the need of the hour with changing times and conditions. The organizations of today are reliant on a number of activities and tasks, all of which embody the basis of its success in the long run scheme of things. The influence and impact are such that an organization can literally be taken in a negative stead if its does not warrant any place for these standards to cultivate. What this means is that quality and safety mechanisms are changing with each passing day and adhering with the same would mean success and achievement on the part of any organization that is banking a great deal on satisfying the needs and requirements of its own employees. These are important discussions as the focus is on the premise of bringing about a change for the better – outlining the need for analyzing the key dimensions and drivers that would bring about quality and safety within the healthcare regimes of an organization. This change will suggest for immense growth and productivity within the ranks of any organization of the world. What is most needed is a vision that will harness and tap the true skills and potentials of the employees, and this can only be ensured when there are concerted efforts on the part of the organization that one works for. The influence of the quality and safety standards is such that potential employees would decide whether to join it or not in the beginning of their job hunt regimes. This is a very important barometer for measuring the success domains of the organization that one wishes to have within his folds. Influence of these quality and safety standards is just a single factor – the other one is the impact with which these quality and safety standards will change the shape of the organization in the days to come. The impact banks on the ways and means through which employees, who now already work within this organization, would like to give their best towards work and other organizational domains, since they are being provided with the best possible healthcare services that are on offer. Once again, this means that half the job is done once the healthcare services are drafted, yet the other half lies in the provision of these healthcare services towards the employees in essence. If both these halves unite, it is for the wellness of the organization in the long run. It will also outline the need for understanding how organizations work hand in hand with their employees, and how these would bring in the much touted success for the sake of the employees and indeed the organizations under consideration. Dynamics of Delivery of Healthcare Services Adding to the related discussion, there are a number of ways through which the healthcare services can be provided to the employees. If the healthcare services are inept and do not touch upon the very deep aspects of growth in a positive manner within the employees, there would be serious reservations within the minds of the employees as per their provision. On the flip side of the discussion, if these healthcare services are looking to address the negativities within the system and bank on experience and growth across the board, then there would be a number of positives as far as the provision of these healthcare services are concerned. The important thing that remains to be understood here is the delivery mechanism which is adopted by the organization. If the delivery dynamics are through a prescribed law brought under the aegis of the organization, then perhaps the organization has done something correct as far as the delivery regimes of the healthcare services are concerned. However if the delivery mechanisms lag far behind than the expectations of both employees as well as the aspiring ones, then there are bound to be serious problems for one and all. There is a dire need to understand how healthcare services would be hailed as success in the long term scheme of things. The delivery of healthcare services depends on how the organization has made itself clear in front of the different publics, and most importantly the employees who work in this organization. The healthcare services need to remain undivided amongst the employees because they are looking at uniformity within the provision of the same. However there could be levels within the healthcare services that they are provided as is the norm the world over. There is a dire need to comprehend how organizations would focus on providing healthcare and ensure quality and safety hand in hand with one another. There could be lectures and special study workshops within the domains of the organizations for their own employees if the latter feel that there are any confusions and ambiguities within the delivery of healthcare services. Questions and concerns do arise from time to time, and it is only natural for people to have them within their folds. These queries pinpoint the need for the employees learning something new and fresh with their healthcare provisions which are promised by the organizations to them. These discussions and workshops are significant to have because these outline the need for remaining honest within their dealings and fair in the practice of provision of quality and safety within the healthcare services, as far as the organizational regimes are concerned. In essence, these healthcare services get upgraded and there is a very pivotal need to tell the employees what is taking place behind their backs, for all the positives that could be thought of. Conclusion In the end, there is a need to understand that the dimensions and key drivers for quality and safety are important from the provision of healthcare standards and norms. The need for these healthcare services has been emphasized upon a great deal within the above paragraphs. The need for understanding that these healthcare services are required is an even more important aspect. Thus the healthcare services look to pinpoint the need for having state of the art quality and safety standards within the dynamics of the organizations in the time and age of today. These embody the basis of looking after the needs and requirements of the employees more than anything else. Another important dimension is the fact that the employees shall be told time and again that their health domains are quintessential and this can only be done through practical actions and approaches adopted by the organizations. In essence, success will only be achieved when employees know what healthcare services they are being provided and how best they can be looked after by the steps undertaken at the organizational levels. All said and done, the healthcare services in the new time and age are very pertinent as these look after the need for remaining up to date and prompt with the global standards of quality and safety which are provided by the healthcare concerns all around the world within the organizations of present times.
