This is by making sure that children access leisure and education institution to develop physically and socially (UNICEF 2008). The health-related factors include improvement in physical, social and mental health. Finally the environmental factors include provision of clean air, water, and surrounding. It also refers to the quality of built environment as well as the removal of graffiti.
