The chapter on scale of measuring perception on control equally emphasizes the role of communal participation for a common course. People tend to have internal conflicts regarding how to act towards physiological occurences.Besides, the organization is subject to conflicting ideas and pressure to yield expected results and this requires confidence.

In other words, people must have control over their thoughts, emotions and physical reactions in response to community health and welfare prospects. The validity and reliability of the scales to be used for such measurement needs extensive scrutiny. Individual perception on control translates to corporation among members of the community and yields desirable results. In my opinion, pursuit of the Frerian organizing codes is of unchallenged significance.

Community constitutes different ethnic and racial diversity which must be captured while making decisions. Besides, health and welfare require tolerance and respect to democracy. I believe that participatory decision-making brings everybody on board and promotes spirit of inclusivity. I am convinced that people must make decisions not only on the opinion of the majority but socio-economic diversity. Identification of real life experiences in the community forms the basis of stating objectives.

In that respect, I strongly support the argument for facing the reality and commitment to eliminate the problem. It is worth to note that most of the community health issues can be mitigated through proactive measures that include prediction from existing cases. Community welfare should be the responsibility of each member for the problems to be exhausted. In fact, awareness creation and regular communication concerning any emerging health and welfare issue facilitates efficiency and reliability of established programs.

When it comes to scale of measuring level of perception on control, diversity is paramount. There is single measurement approach that can offer solution to different cases. In that regard, it is imperative that a range of tools are tested and used to meet the unique aspect of the community. I believe that observing the diverse needs of the community with regard to economic power and age should form the basis of community health and welfare organization procedures.It is worth to conclude that the author has advanced excellent argument when it comes to the debate on community health and welfare.

What may be lacking in this work is quantitative research which is important in supporting discussed theories.
