Extract of sample "Tai Chi - Beneficial Exercise of Chinese"

It requires constant motion of limbs and muscles with exhalation coordinated with the ending move of the exercise. Tai Chi has four sections; the first comprises forward moves, the second comprises backward moves, the third is about sideways moves, and the fourth is the most complicated and combines multiple moves. People generally want to learn the fourth section directly but it is practically not possible unless they have gone through the first three sections.

When I do Tai Chi, I feel very energized. I have to move my muscles, limbs, and joints in the prescribed motion without a break, so when I come to a rest, I feel a strange flow of energy in my body. The best part of Tai Chi is that it is not very complicated to learn. It is more like Yoga and offers plentiful health benefits.
