While some of the population may be affluent ad have access to health care, several African women live in abject poverty and are unlikely to have the obligatory resources to care for their offspring.

The first and most reliable means of handling Millennium Goal number six of combatting HIV/AIDS (UNICEF) and realizing social change is through ensuring the provision of proper nutrition, healthcare, and sanitation facilities.
