Combination Strategy: Combination strategy is the most renowned strategy in sports industry. In this strategy, an organization attempts to grow certain divisions of their business and simultaneously decline the contribution in other fields.   
Sports companies can use several strategies for business expansion. It can be accomplished by merger, conquest and joint venture.
