This essay mostly focuses on Health and Safety in Child care, that today is an ocean to cross by scores of researchers, parents, teachers, leaders and every adult individual, carrying the little sapling on the top of their head. During the attempt of offering health care and safety to children, the psychological aspects that underlie the whole task is given importance at the opening only. That is, law makers and rule formers consult psychologists at the inception to order a new scheme or project in connection with child care and safety.

But the same tempo in relation to psychological concerns is not given at all stages of implementation. The tremendous efforts evolved by states to implement are mostly subjected to slowing down or nullification by some big industrialists and businessmen. The responsibility of those big people on a society in relation to child care is not either well fixed or feared to be fixed on them. Child health programs organized by NGOs, under the supervision and guidance of WHO are doing well. NGOs like SOS Children’s Village are laudably rendering services to children globally.

Encouraging their services by sufficient support and moral stimulation by leaders of nations and acceptance by the citizens is the need of the time. Even if we fight among ourselves in the name of war or any discrimination, it is quite perverse on our part to leave our own children stranded. The researcher concluds that children do not have any discrimination of race, color or class.
