There will be a change in testing and examination of a number of payment structures concentrated on decreasing costs while improving or maintaining quality health care (Hunter, 2003).

Meeting health care reform policies will assist cover benefits regarded as essential health benefits, incorporating self-financed programs. These programs will cover these benefits without lifetime maximums or yearly limits. For the senior citizens, meeting these policies will provide benefits, for example, without charge screening for diabetes, cancer, and tobacco cessation counseling, annual wellness appointments, among other health benefits. Health care reform policies will help people who do not have insurance cover to meet their health costs. This will be beneficial for the economy. This is because the bulk of all bankruptcies is a consequence of medical expenses. Finally, offering health cover to citizens will benefit the insurance companies. They will experience a rise in profits. Consequently, this will lead to reduced premiums because new clients pay into the system but need limited health services (Stansfield, 2005).

There are also a number of challenges that may arise in meeting these policies. The implementation of policies in any health care scheme is dependent on the commitment of providers. Policies that do not concentrate on social, professional, and organizational situations are not likely to realize successful implementation. Also, political goals alone, however splendidly intentioned, are insufficient to modification practice. It may be demanding to meet these policies because contemplation of quality in health care demands assessment of the different aspects of quality, professional organization, the effect of rationing devices, and new paradigms of health care delivery. Moreover, the desire to meet these policies may be affected by the conflict between the responsibilities of the private sector and the role of the government (Buse, Mays, & Walt, 2005).

The role of generating profit in the health care system may be a challenge in meeting these policies as health reforms continue. This is because the health reform plan may not have thought through a widespread outline that permits several private and public players to follow their individual pursuits without undermining the public benefit. The policies may be challenged by a system that maintains low basic wages but permits health experts to get money from examinations and prescriptions (Buse, Mays, & Walt, 2005). This will lead to inefficiency and contrary incentives at all stages. Finally, as in numerous nations, establishing systems of community financing and health cover which will provide cover for a number of individuals is a tremendous challenge when treatments are becoming extra expensive and sophisticated and the population is growing old.

The hospital management plays a part in ensuring such quality care is offered to all individuals. The hospital management will ensure the daily operating processes of a medical institution moves from one area to another. This will make sure linguistically and culturally care is offered to the different patients. The hospital management may regulate care, structure the work environment, and create schedules that suit both the workers in the hospital and patients (LaTour & Eichenwald, 2010). The hospital management may ensure quality care is given to all through fiscal management. The management may order medical supplies that are affordable and applicable to all patients, and also hire employees that are linguistically and culturally diverse so as to cater to the needs of different clients. Also, the hospital management may develop a financial plan in which new programs are enforced. These programs should be inclusive of all individuals.

The hospital management has a role in managing a health facility. If a specific area is well understood by the health management, it may design programs or strategies that are favorable to the people of that area. In addition, the management may play a significant role in these health care facilities as it can assess and make suggestions on specified units, and has sufficient information on processes that it will take into consideration in making informed choices. Finally, the hospital management may make significant decisions regarding the gathering, safety, and sufficient maintenance of patients’ details. This will guarantee quality care for everyone (LaTour & Eichenwald, 2010).
