Substance Abuse Prevention and Agency is a Nevada based organization that aims at preventing the drug problem in Nevada. The mission of the Agency is to reduce the effect of substance abuse in Nevada. The organization aims at implementing programs and creating awareness in the community to reduce Substance abuse. The state of Nevada is among the hotspots in terms of substance and drug abuse. The objectives of the organization include coordination and implementation of programs relating to substance and drug abuse.

The objectives of the community agency are accomplished through identification of substance and drug abuse needs among the people of Nevada. The agency then provides then provides the needed services to prevent the drug or substance abuse problem from manifesting. The agency uses early intervention, prevention, rehabilitation and treatment of substance abuse related cases. The duty of the community agency is to formulate state plans for prevention and treatment of cases related to substance abuse.

The agency also serves a grant provider to non-profit organization, which have the same mission. Organizational structure The health bureau chief 2 if the head of the organization with the medical director and IT professional 3. The other teams in the organization answer to the health bureau officer. The fiscal team is in charge of the fiscal aspect of the organization. The other department is the data planning and evaluation team. The team is in charge of collecting data needed to attain the organizations objectives.

The prevention team deals with programs aimed at preventing drug and substance abuse. The prevention team provides in funding for education of the youth in the community. The treatment team is the other department under the health bureau chief 2. The treatment team deals in implementing programs that treat the patients suffering from drug and substance abuse. The last department is the support staff team. This department assists the other departments in shared activities. Each department has several workers working together to achieve the objectives of the company.

Theoretical basic The operations of the organization entail interaction of all the departments in the organization. The data collected by the organization is evaluated and the information shared with other departments. The fiscal team takes the information and provides the required funding for the programs suggested by the prevention team and the treatment team. The prevention team uses the funds to implement prevention programs while the treatment team implements treatment programs. The support staff helps with the non-technical work in the organization.

The interaction within the organization ensures that data collection and implementation of programs is efficient. Programs Prevention program is one of the programs offered by the community agency. The prevention program entails identification of risk groups and providing information to the groups at an early age. The prevention program targets the youth who are at risk of being involved in drug and substance abuse. Treatment programs are also offered by the agency. The community agency partners with health organizations to treat patients affected by the problem.

The organization provides cheap rehabilitation for people affected by the drug and substance abuse issue. The organization also offers counselor programs for its patients. The organization
