My action plan consists of working for government based healthcare administration positions in the beginning in order to grasp policies, standards and evaluation schemes. Once I have enough experience and expertise in the requisite domains, I would begin working for private entities in order to discover the mechanisms that drive their policy making and implementation. Throughout my career with public and private entities, I will ensure that my social networking is top notch so that I can muster strength to deliver positive change. 2. Developmental Needs 1.

Only a well-formulated problem can ensure a timely and appropriate solution to healthcare problems.
The degree will also provide me with opportunities to interact with various people from healthcare administration such as hospital managers, health insurance managers, pharmaceutical managers and the like. Exposure to these people’s valuable suggestions and points of view will allow me to build a more practicable picture of the overall healthcare scenario. Within the duration of my degree, I will also be afforded the opportunity to work as an intern in either the public or the private healthcare sectors that will help me polish my people dealing skills.

Furthermore, my volunteer activities in other smaller disasters have also allowed me to gain great insight into policy making for dealing with emergency healthcare problems. In the future I would try to grab as many opportunities as possible to help victims of disasters (both natural and manmade) in order develop as a person and as a professional. 3.
