I have been just going from point A to point B without thinking or planning on how or what it is that I need to do to successfully get there. I forget to take proper care of myself as a result of this. The behavior change I would make is to make time for me to be able to get my life back under control. I have gone to doctors who say that they want to work on one issue at a time but once I leave their office I find myself alone without the help that I so desperately have been seeking. When it comes to my drive to address and fix these issues I know...
