Revere Street (Harvard) This analysis will focus on the qualitative and quantitative techniques that Alexanderexploited in order to arrive at a profitable investment. First and foremost, Alexander examined the market trend with a lot of keenness. He managed to acquire reports that had been published to give detailed information about the real estate and further monitored the trends in Beacon Hill. Alexander also monitored statistical treatments of the economic indicators so that he could be able to isolate those patterns that were meaningful for the business.

In terms of quantitative data, Alexander was able to visit the real estate brokers as well as those who made the advertisements. Alexander at some point realized that there was some conflict of interest which influenced the prices of the real estate. This included the fact that some of the brokers were also the property owners and as such was not able to provide level ground for the business. There were several factors which also played along to ensure that the values of the properties were affected.

Some of these factors included the fact that the many professionals such as doctors and engineers were also looking at the same opportunities including those that were being seen by Alexander. Area location also determined the value of the property. Mortgage financing was at the core of ensuring that Alexander was able to finance the property he had obtained.
