My knowledge and skills acquired from my university education and through my work live related experience has been responsible for my understanding of the business. Assessment of my suitability for jobs concerning standards of performance set by companies has been very meticulous during interviews due to the nature of qualities required for and responsibilities attached to the job. Positions in various departments called for superior talent in a highly dynamic and competitive global environment. I have utilized training and orientation programs provided by companies to brush up on fundamental knowledge and skills in tune with the requirements related to specific jobs.

The reflective report concerning the use of graduate attributes in entering the job market, the development of these attributes in work experience and participation in social activities, its relevance to employer’s needs and satisfied work-life. Qualitative factors required with regard to employment are determined by various factors such as diversity at work, working conditions, creativity required on the job, integrity, communication skills, leadership qualities and reliability of person on a job in view of a competitive environment, tough laws and the stricter timelines in international trade. The candidate is expected to understand the interplay of these factors in the business context.  Though the nature of experience in my jobs in different companies varies considerably, skills acquired and insight into social behavior gained have been useful in grasping the core aspects related to the job and enhancing adaptability. Business in Mcdonald's is very sensitive to inflation and income levels. In macroeconomics, inflation is closely linked to economic growth, interest rates, employment, consumption, and demand.

This theoretical knowledge was useful in preparing sales reports after analyzing the causes for the variation in sales which improved my analytical ability. The impact of economic slowdown, globalization, and liberalization phenomena in competition demand that industries are more efficient through innovative production and management processes. Working conditions in my job with REED were conducive for me to learn Word and Excel since I had to enter data in various forms relating to customer service. (why? e.g. as I require to input data or write some stuff sometimes like that).

This attribute has been useful in the presentation of management reports as well. (to whom?)in Mcdonald's and I have earned a good reputation in presentation in my communication. There are certain core aspects in respect of management in any undertaking. Assessment of these aspects carries more importance from an organizational perspective. Sustainable growth depends on flexibility in assuming and discharging responsibilities as the situation warrants. I had to coordinate with different sections in Mcdonald's for the collection of data and preparing reports.

Educating shop manufacturing personnel to furnish data in the required format is a difficult job.
