Add oregano, salt, basil, tomatoes and pepper. For about 20 minutes cover and simmer. In a baking dish place the ziti and cover using sauce. For about 20 minutes at 350° bake them and sprinkle using cheeses on both sides. Bake until the cheese melts then serve. Pigs in A Blanket Main Dish Ingredients 1 package of sausage 1 tube crescent rolls Directions Divide the dough into 8 triangles then place a piece of sausage on the wider side of the triangle then roll up. Place the rolls on a baking sheet that is ungreased. For about 15 minutes bake them at 400° until they turn golden brown. They are ready to be served. Desserts Ginger Ice Cream Ingredients 8 large egg yolks 1/8 cups of peeled fresh ginger ½ cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla 2 tablespoons water 1 cup of heavy cream ½ cup of crystallized ginger ¼ teaspoon of salt Directions Whisk together salt, sugar and the egg yolks on a saucepan that is off heat and make sure that they are blended. In a gradual manner whisk in milk. Start cooking by placing the saucepan on fire and constantly stirring with a wooden spoon. The stirring process should continue until the custard coats at the back of the spoon because it has thickened. Let it cook for between ten and twelve minutes. Ensure that the ginger is stirred into the custard. After that cover and ensure that it cooks for half an hour. Pour the custard through a mesh sieve into a certain bowl that is set over ice. Gradually stir the cream until it becomes chilled. Transfer the ice cream to a different container then place it in the refrigerator. Mango Graham Cake Ingredients 4 big mangoes whose seeds have been removed 2 packets of graham crackers 1 cup of boiled milk 2 packs of cream Directions Mix the cream and the condensed milk gently. Dip the graham cracker at the bottom of the container being used. Add a layer of the mixture obtained after mixing the cream and condensed milk above the graham crackers. Sieve the crushed cashew nuts and in a separate bowl sift the flour. Combine the tartar cream and egg whites in a mixing bowl. Add the sugar in a gradual manner to the mixture of cream and egg whites and ensure that the egg whites are crushed until stiff peaks develop. Fold in cashew nuts and flour together over a certain sieve while gradually cutting and folding until it is well blended. Pipe meringue on the cookie that has been prepared. Let the meringue bake then prepare the icing to be placed on the meringue wafer as it cools down.
