Download file to see previous pages... The objective of this paper is to state about the bodies responsible for developing health related government programs and evaluating such programs. Additionally, in this discussion, the benefits of survey process focused towards determining the responsibilities of the bodies’ in-charge for health and other social programs will also be considered. Who is accountable in the context of health-related government programs and evaluating such programs? The responsibilities towards the health program are fundamentally observed by governmental bodies and healthcare professionals of the nation. In America, the major governmental body with such responsibilities is the World Health Organization (WHO). These programs principally view the presence of psychological, physical and social problems witnessed by the general public. Besides the mentioned planner or evaluator, other people from within or immigrants of the country, with motivation and willingness towards the planning or evaluation of healthcare programs can effectually contribute towards the development of health related programs. Notably, the bodies that are accountable for the development and evaluation of health related programs in America can be categorized as internal members and the external members. Where internal members indicate towards the individual or group of members engaged with the service sector, the external members are regarded to be the governmental concerns of authoritative bodies (Jones & Bartlett Learning, 2008). In the similar context, the external participants or healthcare service organizations help the healthcare management with new alternative ideas which serve as a positive aspect. In respect to internal participants, external members tend to render greater significance towards the approaches and operations conducted by the healthcare organizations. In addition to the above mentioned planners or evaluators, the investors are also identified as a responsible member of the process as they donate funds to these healthcare service providers. The advantages acquired by the planners and the evaluators of healthcare management by involving the investors in the program development process can be identified as the effortless obtainment of adequate funds and sustainability. The socially virtuous causes and tasks performed by the healthcare management also tend to have a strong influence over the investors’ decisions in this particular sector (Jones & Bartlett Learning, 2008). The funds of the organizations and agencies for the research purposes and quality development of the healthcare organizations also play a vital role in motivating the planner or evaluator to be accountable towards the development of health related programs in the American Society.
