?First Gay marriage in California Gay marriage and same sex marriage may have become common around the globe. Gay marriages are now considered as a symbol of fashion and most of the individuals may take up gay marriage in form of retaliation form society or simply getting popular. There are numerous reasons behind the awareness and attractiveness of gay marriages and same sex marriages. The status of gay marriages in California is quite different and unique from other countries because of the cultural and religious diversity (Lawrence 31). In California the state used to grant licenses to same sex couples but this service was discontinued shortly after its implementation. The process of granting licenses for gay marriages was started in June 2008 and due to the reformed constitutions and policies it was ceased in November 2008. This act was led by Supreme Court of California due to the passage of preposition 8 (Wilcox 66). Since March 2011, gay marriage laws in California are in a state of instability. Vaughn R.Walker, the federal judge of the state of California declared preposition 8 as unconstitutional. However, his appeal stayed pending- although the law which was formed to ban gay marriages or same sex marriages was overturned but still gay marriages were declared to be illegal (Utter 113). History of gay marriages in California In February 2004, the laws of the city of San Francisco granted permission for issuing licenses to the couples undergoing gay marriages. Before the first grant of license several hearings were called up to the supreme court of California. There on in august 2004, the court declared that the city and county of San Francisco had no right to authorize gay marriages through any legal license. Therefore, following the verdict- the license granted to already same sex married couples was rejected and banned (Lee 67). Around November 2006, several parties appealed to the court of California for the numerous cases dealing with same sex marriages. In 2008 four to three decision took effect. There comes a constitution which banned gay marriages totally, it came in November 2008, it was called proposition 8, the Marriage Recognition and Family Protection Act (Researcher 97). In current situation, the laws relating to gay marriage are in the state of flux in California with numerous cases in front of the courts. The current governor of California supports the legal same sex marriages and equality California. Their government has decided to overturn proposition 8 in the 2012 election. Proposition 8 Proposition 8 is a provision to change the constitution of California and give further details of a valid marriage. In November 2008, it was clearly stated that a marriage between man and woman would only be considered lawful and valid in California. After the passage of the proposition, there were numerous beings who agreed with it but several of them voted against this proposition. Soon after the enactment, the federal judge of California State declared this proposition 8 as unconstitutional. Then 9th circuit court of appeals asked fro the stay on same sex marriages in California in 2010 the pending appeal. There on considerations were conducted on gay marriages and the California supreme court announced that same sex marriages and couples would remain legally married before proposition 8 passed (Wilcox 188). Affects of gay marriages in Californian society There are many social evils in our society and some of the major problems which have to face by the economy if every country. The birth rate in every country is always much more so it should decreased for the betterment of the country. The second generation people are old in fact in many countries they are not given with any respect. However, in the present situation and time the rate of growth of homosexual people has increased a lot which creates the worst thinking in the youth mind. Homosexuality is the psychic of an individual in which s/he got in a pray of love with same sex (Brock 57). In some countries the gays are much popular as they also get married if they have same sex individual. In the gays families there should be lack of children so that it can increase the population and birth rate but it also spoils the world rule. More over the creator of this world has proved that male are made for females and females are made of male so we do not have to over look that thought. The gays are the people who like to love or sex with the same gender of their own. In such a ways they destroy the youth of the world because most of the straight sex boys fall in their thoughts, which was one of the bad advantages of such thing (Utter 173). People of the early 1950s feels such gayism thought as the curse to the youth and it as some how correct phrase. If a guy is falling love with any other guy then why there should be a need of girls in the world. Every one knows that truth that the birth of the kids is possible only though the relationship of different gender. The youth of the country especially the gay’s community think that they have to make family so they can marry any one whether it would be male or females, the thing that they do not realize is that they are going wrong by the rule of the world (Lee 186). Due to some of the gay’s community all of the youth is falling in such thoughts that marriage means is just to make a family so they did not ask their parents for such decision. The cursedness of the gayism was spread due to the education system in which boys are only studied as there are such hostels and colleges. How ever it was quite common that if the boys are living alone then they need a partner for sharing their thoughts so if they did not any girl then they become gay. Now you can see that there is a spare community for the gays in some countries and they are enjoying in parties which are also spate and full of gays (Wilcox 133). All of the gays have to think that they are doing nothing except making the other society corrupt. Marriages are losing their worth as they are confined for male and female though it makes a family. If the gayism should not be stopped by the government, the world has to forget the system of families and marriages. Marriage is not a ceremony only as it is the commitment between the husbands’ wives, which should have the opposite sex (Utter 92). Effects of gay marriages on school going children The gays society have the bad affects on the children as they even forget the rule of the world that the male are for female as the children started doing all that what ever they observe by the elders. How ever after an age the children are allowed to do any thing so at that time they always do what their parents taught them. How ever the children have the thought of father and mother in their minds but if the gays community spread a lot then it must change the minds and thinking of the children. The same sex marriage ensures the children that the world of relationships between males and females was not a big deal (Researcher 144). More over if the children fall in the pray of dieses of gayism then through the other gays then they have to forget the rules of the world and their parents have to face much problem. How ever the gayism changes the attitude of the individual as well, you can easily observer that the person is gay or straight sex. The same sex marriages are not good for the children as they gays adopted the child but the child need both mother and father. In gayism the child got two fathers which were not as better for the babies up bringing (Lee 118). Gay marriages are the main problem around the European countries as these countries have a high percentage of such homosexuals. However there are a lot of social disadvantages related to homosexual marriages. Researchers have studied about gay marriages and how they effect on children. These studies can be further enhanced to demonstrate that homosexual marriages may lead to the deterioration of the creativity within the person (Wilcox 77). We are not allowed to change anything according to our desire which is not made by the rules of religion. In societies, homosexuality is looked upon as a curse, especially in the youth, in which boys are involved in having sexual relation with the other boys- which is also called the homosexual phenomena. The psyche of homosexuality is a major cause of different diseases. Due to the thought of gays, now most of the youth is thinking that they can marry anyone to whom they are in love with whether he is of their sex or not. In such a way they only think that marriage is a sort of family making phenomena, which should be possible with two men as well (Brock 197). This psyche also develops when the men remain unmarried for a long time and never have any relation with the girl. Researchers have observed that mostly old people have fallen in the prey of homosexuality though they do not find the companion during their youth. However the government has to take step against homosexual marriages. Suggestions regarding gay marriages in California Here are few of the suggestions regarding gay marriage in California: first of all, you must understand the cons of gay marriages so that you can decide on your own that whether you should go for it or nullify it. The next suggestion could be to have proper treatment of people who are involved in gayism. They should consult psychiatrist in order to obtain healthy treatment. It is basically the disorder of mind that people get involved in such activities. Moreover the government of California should take actions for the treatment of such beings that prefer gay marriages. There should be campaigns and steps against gay marriage in California. Gay marriages and same sex marriages should be banned in countries by law and there should be strict punishments for the ones who are involved in gayism. Moreover, you can write letters to newspapers or other publications to publish articles against same sex marriages. In this way people get aware of the cons of gay marriages and will avoid it. Do get yourself involve in social activities against gay marriage; you can wear shirts, badges and scarfs against gay marriage. You can participate in the rallies, marches and other social activities for making people aware of the demerits of gay marriage.
