This calls for, Ianthe normal learning environment, both incidental and direct planning and teaching which would go together student's skill development and teamwork development. Although this has been extent extend been considered to many teachers the challenge is in the cohesiveness of the lesson plan concerning previous experiences in the lesson from a streaming learning process as exemplified in the Mechanisms Project lesson plans to which we rerefers has been reflected in planning for learning and teaching that raisin a way detached and lacking in the connectivity between the new ideas being taught and the experiences of the previous lessons.
Mores the plans may not use the past experiences to make better arrangements for future lesson planning which may be attribute distributivity by teacher scarring out self-assess seals semimonthly present to the learners. These issues bring into view therefore the challenge with educational facilitators in which the struggle is to create a relationship between the processes of teaching and learning where the student is regarded as an individual with unique ideas and preferences. In the Mechanisms Project lesson plans it is common to see reference to the past expediencies went through in form of what they looked at and then a reference to what shall be covered in the current lesson (Lesson Planning Proforma Monday 2010-10-06).
One weakness in these plans however, which shall be identifying time, is that the pupil response is not given keen attention as a basis of choice of current lesson.
