I believe I have improved on my ability to meet deadlines. Nowadays I have to ensure that there are no loose ends and everything is running according to schedule. The condo office deals with many kinds of requests and there are many tasks that need to be done within a working day. Of course, I do not claim that I am 100 percent on time all the time. Nonetheless, I ensure that most of the important tasks do not slip on the schedule front. I learned to prioritize the tasks in such a way that the most important ones get the first preference and then I move on to the other tasks.

As described above, the ones that need my attention are the ones that need immediate solutions. These mostly deal with the various requests from the residents of the condo. The takeaways from my internship were the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize the tasks to ensure completion according to schedule.
