Is the police department practicing racism under the cover of law implementation?  Nonetheless, the voices in the presentation offer a credible argument by citing the U.S. Justice Department's confirmation of discrimination in the police and city courts in Ferguson, Missouri. The presentation is inspiring as it hints at the possibility of improving the law to ensure a better society devoid of racial discrimination in the future.
