How Technology is Helping the World of Today? To begin with, technology has become a gigantic disposition in this day and age and there are quite a few reasons why it has become this huge. Its role is understood and approved by a large cross-section of any society of the world that one speaks about. The world of today is changing at a rapid speed and technology is the only factor that has brought about this change. Technology has brought about shortcuts and short term fix methodologies which has largely been a point of benefit for all and sundry. It has made people realize where they can always find a solution handy for their own selves (Klobas, 2010). Technology has assisted them long and hard to further their belief in this phenomenon. The proponents of technology have supported it because they find no reason in disapproving the advantages that come along with it in different fields of life. Technology has allowed people to relax more today than ever before. This is the reason why the advocates of technology are always in favor of it. Technology has resolved nearly all the issues plaguing the human society and has been the savior on more than a single occasion to be remarked as the messiah of the modern day society. People have felt more inclined to cope up with the different technological facets today than ever before as their trust and confidence has increased manifolds. This trust and confidence has increased because they have seen the advantages and benefits that technology has offered them over the years. They have found out that technology assists them whenever they seem to be in a problem. Plus it is proactively driven to bring rewards for them which is also something that positively motivates them about technology. The ones who receive these benefits in turn tell others about how good the technological manifestations have been. This is the reason why technology is taken on by people in a sudden manner and then there seems to be no looking back on this tangent at all. If seen correctly, this is one of the major pluses behind the concept of technology adoption (Swart, 2012). Technology has overtaken the human emblem by a fair count. It has made people realize where they can find a substitute for their own selves. At times, technology has even taken the sheen off the human intellect. This is an alarming aspect because human beings are superior than any other entity in this world yet technology has come out strong to make them redundant on certain occasions (Jensen, 2005). The role of human beings cannot be denied under any case whatsoever. It must be remembered that it is man alone who brought forward the notion of technology to begin with and it is him who can bring it to a halt. Therefore human beings should always consider them superior and above than mere technology. This is what is going to win them the battle. The downsides of technology cannot be denied because there are quite a few. Technology has its issues with the human understanding as well. It can make people redundant in terms of their thinking basis. It can bring more options than are required and thus the onus falls directly on the shoulders of the ones who believe more in human understanding and not just technology (Rose, 2000). These downsides need to be properly addressed because they take away the gloss of the debate that is being undertaken here. This is what is needed to comprehend the related scheme of things. Now is the time to resolve such issues which will restore confidence of all and sundry within technology more than anything else. If this does not happen, the downsides and drawbacks will continue to haunt the human society along with its positives that are known to everyone. On the whole, technology has helped shape up the value hierarchies of the people and made them feel much more accomplished. The values have drastically changed ever since technological manifestations have become prominent. This has meant that people have changed their priorities over the course of time that does not augur well with the human intellect and psyche debates (Hall, 2008). The values must always be kept under check to make sure that anomalies remain away as much as possible. When this happens, value hierarchies will automatically be set rolling in the correct direction. What is missing today is the zing that drives the human intellect. This is because their achievements are directly linked with how technology has shaped up. This must be rationalized as much as possible. People have started believing in technological miracles within the fields of health, education, sports, and a number of other areas all because of technology. These miracles have been backed up with what the world has seen in the name of technological advancements over the years. They have realized how technology can assist them in whatever departments they seek refuge and help within. Many fields have had huge benefits with the facilitation of technology within their ranks. There is no denying the fact that technology has made people believe in getting the impossible done easily. What is required on their part is an understanding of the technological tools and then it is their domain to master them to reap success (Willis, 2000). Technology therefore is at the forefront to achieve many results quickly and better than any other dimension. Technology will continue to play a huge role within the societal dimensions as time progresses. It is only a matter of time that technology will overtake nearly all facets of life of a person. This will be a huge success dimension for the people of the world and it would not go unnoticed. In the end, it would be fair to suggest that now is the time to see that technology will overtake all hurdles. After this is done it will shape into a potent global force. This is because technology strives to remove all hurdles at all times. The need of the hour is to realize how technology will continue to have its stronghold over the years. This stronghold will mean value and success for just about everyone who is related with the technological perspectives. The people will be able to derive more and more value from it nonetheless. Hence the success touchpoints shall be explored as much as possible. Also how it shall derive value for the basis of this world is fundamental towards the related insights. Immense success and accomplishment is written strongly on the faces of the people as far as technology is concerned. This will bring in success all said and done. Works Cited Hall, Richard.
