Personal EssayI am a young person who is full of energy and knowledge. I am well organized and a good time manager. Throughout my personal and professional history, I have demonstrated admirable managerial skills. I am honest, cheerful and always ready to take up new challenges that give me opportunities to learn new thing. I have held several positions that have helped develop my responsibility and communication skills. At the moment, I can fluently communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

I hold a bachelor of graphic design from University of Toronto and a certificate in CAD and Architectural design. My experience in several organizations, which include POP Advertising, RAB-E-commerce Company among other New York-based companies, has given name an opportunity to develop my skills and competence. I left my last job at IT Design in search of independence in terms of seeking to establish a quality that I would be proud of, and I did at-home painting for two years after this last job.

My biggest weakness is the inability to control my tempers when it comes to interpersonal conflict. In one of my previous employments, I was once forced to leave the job without notice after a bitter exchange of words with a senior manager. I did not want to engage myself in the conflict. However, I was recalled when investigations showed that I was on the right. I would like to join a company in which my innovative mind will be fully engaged to produce quality designs and in which my skills and experience will be well utilized to help me reach greater heights.
