A new policy will be implemented during next three weeks. It will not change the organizational culture radically; however, all employees are expected to accept it respectfully. Personal information about each employee will remain confidential; all appointments will be personal and their details will not be disclosed to any third party. The random feature will keep the policy ethical and applicable to all employees regardless of their role in the company. The new policy should not be taken as «an intrusion to one's privacy» as it is a way to keep all employees safe and healthy (Chambers, 2008).

All employees are welcome to express their suggestions or concerns about the new policy. If you have any further questions about the upcoming change, do not hesitate to talk with me or your line manager or send an email.
