The main reason for a specialist on public relations is to give out the image of the company or organization and create a very strong relationship of the company with the people outside the company. This can be the company releasing its important updates to the public or giving out their business strategy to the public in terms of the newsletters, internet, and appearances (Bernays &Edward 27).
In the current business, there is competition on how to retain customers and get new customers for the company to sell its products and services and all this must be done by a public relation analyst. At the same time, the company needs to have a good image and continue prospering. The public analyst is able to keep up the good name of the company and give the good reputation the company needs and at the same time communicate to the customers of the company selling out the goods and services creating a good relationship of the company with its environment (Cain &Susan 35).
There are several tools and techniques to be used by the companies in order to have a good image and maintain the good relationship with the customers. The target of the audience is the buyers to buy the company’s products. Companies use the press release to the customers including the newspapers and participation in competitions and games that happen in the normal life. For example in the world of football, companies decide to build up their images only by supporting their teams by promoting them with the finance aid and support of some needs. This makes the players to also give them the best name by having their logos and information painted on their playing attires. It is such a good show for teams to win and they be supported by their representatives in the world of business (Derriman &James 87).
