Propane, a fossil fuel, is also identified as liquefied petroleum gas, which is often used to powerengines, and is considered an alternative source of fuel for a number of reasons. The main reasonis that propane lowers the amount of harmful emissions and other greenhouse gases, for example; Carbon IV Oxide into the atmosphere. The fact that it is less expensive as compared to other petroleum-based oils and gasoline makes propane a preferred choice when it comes to alternative fuel.
