The changing point of view by the author makes the audience understand the depth of the setting of the novel (Brooks, 234). When reading the novel a reader is exposed to arguments that support the different points of view highlighted by the authors. This fact shapes the reader's perception of the text into the assumption that human nature cannot understand the existence of zombies (Brooks, 146). This fact is evident throughout the novel since all countries in the novel do not have a lasting solution to the extinction of zombies.  

            The setting of the book in different countries plays the role of creating generality to the entire text. It is a logical strategy to base a global significant issue on numerous nations (Brooks, 177). Additionally, the setting of the novel in numerous nations was effective in the characterization of the cast. It is an obvious fact that the happening of the world end would be a global event.
