This is because more stress hormones are released in case of sleep deprivation. Crankiness and aggression form most commonly observed behavioral problems in a person not getting enough sleep which seriously affect the quality of daily activities performed by him/her. This is because unhealthy sleep pattern affects the brain’s ability to “put emotional experiences into context and produce rational responses” (HubPages).
Concluding, this much remains clear from the above discussion that sleep deprivation is a critical issue and propels the onset of multiple processes inside the human body which could culminate in obesity, hypertension, and behavioral problems.
