Crankiness and aggression form most commonly observed behavioral problems in a person not getting enough sleep which seriously affect the quality of daily activities performed by him/her. This is because unhealthy sleep pattern affects the brain’s ability to “put emotional experiences into context and produce rational responses” (HubPages).
