The research will also examine how mentoring and sharing programs within the clinical environment will enhance patient care delivery and nursing competency. Thus, it will attempt to clearly establish the influence of affiliations and networking on patient care and performance of the nurses. The report further suggests effective means of networking and sharing, incorporated into the heath facility operations, to promote quality interactions between patients and nurses. The data obtained from primary and secondary sources will be analyzed. The study finds that the establishment of an environment which empowers affiliations and networking in the healthcare will facilitate safety and effectiveness to all clinical procedures. The problem I am proposing to solve is that of “How associations and interacting within clinical milieu impacts patient care and nursing enactment; “Problem in modifying societal crescendos, lack of cross ethnic understanding harmfully sways patients’ care”. One of the solutions that I recommend is to, “Embolden associations and interacting transversely diverse groups and sections for purely provided patient maintenance.”  Another solution that I put forward is that of, “Mentoring and allotment of participations within clinical setting upsurges patients maintenance provision and nursing proficiency” Some of the expected outcomes that I expect when this solutions are implemented well are that the solutions aim at looking at associations and interactions as an imperative contrivance that greatly impacts a safe and effective clinical practice that drives and influences a higher competent nursing care. The criteria that these solutions when affected will put into effective use that of affordability on the side of the patients and the aesthetic values of the nurses. An ethical moral that must be executed by the nurses to guarantee that the patients interrelate with them is very crucial in the effective comprehension of these solutions. The effortlessness of operation for the enactment of these solutions will momentously depend on the costs suffered when the nurses and the patients are involved. The amount involved should be taken into account so that there may not be a conflict of interest arising. The envisioned addressees of such a project are those patients who do not regard communication with the nurses as an imperative bit in their home and clinical maintenance. The nurses too who extend to the patients maintenance without much contemplation and care should also take out a leaf out of this proposal. The graph breaks down the extent to which the programs are used in the various departments. According to the graph above we are able to see that a lot of sharing and mentoring takes place in the primary care sector, therefore it is important to put as much effort as possible to ensure that patients get all the necessary treatment they need. The affiliations and networking programs as well as Mentoring and sharing program are very essential to the hospital. These plans to establish the programs at the hospital should take place mainly in the primary care department. The establishment of an environment which empowers affiliations and networking in the healthcare would facilitate safety and effective way of clinical procedures. This would enhance competency among nurse leaders and improve patients’ care within the healthcare facility. In the graph, home health care does not involve a lot of mentoring and sharing as well as affiliation and networking. This is due to the fact that there are no many patients in homes who need mentoring to get better and there are no cultural differences at homes too. Research Methodology The researcher proposes to collect both primary and secondary data for the purpose of this study. Primary data will basically be obtained through interview with patients, nurses and other healthcare professionals, where necessary. These interviews will facilitate raw data both from nurses as well as patients, which will help the researcher to evaluate the current practices and understand the gaps in communication and their impact on the quality of patient care. Thus, the researcher will be able to pin point the problems and thus evolve appropriate solutions to resolve them. For this purpose, the researcher will prepare questionnaires that will elicit the relevant information relating to the present practices of interaction between nurses and patients. Additionally, the researcher will also ascertain their perceptions about what they think the outcomes will be if proper interaction is facilitated and if the concepts of mentoring and sharing are properly aligned into the healthcare systems. Similarly, the study will also enable the researcher to determine the measures that will strengthen the relationship between patients and nurses to fetch positive outcomes, from the perspectives of both parties. For obtaining secondary data, the study will focus on a review of the existing literature on the topic. Information will be collected from a wide variety of sources including books, scientific journals as well as internet and library data bases. The researcher will collect the data only from reliable academic or professional sources in the field of healthcare. Since the information required for this study will require the analysis of the qualitative aspects of the issue, the study will be qualitative in nature. However, wherever the researcher encounters the necessity for quantitative data, a mixed methodology approach will be taken to facilitative quantitative analysis.  Solutions and Criteria The expected solution of the research is a determination of whether encouraging sharing and mentoring will enable healthcare facilities to enhance the quality of care to the patients and whether such an environment should be integrated into the hospitals for high quality patient care. During the course of this study, it has been seen that the presence of culturally and linguistically diverse groups, both in the patient as well as healthcare professional populations is a major cause for the problems in the gap of communication. Thus, one of the best solutions will be engaging interpreters, who can facilitate accurate communication among different groups. This way, the nurses will be able to overcome any cultural and linguistic barriers that preempt them from delivering the best care by knowing the exact wants and needs of patients. Research evidence also suggests that developing a “positive and productive relationship” among the nurses, mentors and the patients is a significant step in providing quality care in hospital settings (ONA Nursing Student Affiliations, 2009, p.7). Similarly, there needs to be a flow of seamless communication among them so that the nurses can understand the needs of the patients, which is an essential prerequisite for delivering appropriate care matching to the requirements of the patients within a hospital setting. A study of this nature, with its focus on the role of interaction among patients, nurses and mentors, will enable the researcher to define and determine the parameters that will strengthen the existing system of mentoring. Besides, it will also facilitate the determination of effective measures to make the interaction and communication among the patients and nurses to be more productive and result oriented. The study will also help the healthcare settings to determine the ways and means for integrating such systems into the healthcare facilities to derive the best outcomes. On the other hand, more profession oriented training to nurses, with a view to enhance the element of interaction with patients will help them in evolving better means of communication with the patients. Besides, the aspects of mentoring needs to be more effective by having a blend of more experienced and newly employed nurses within the hospital settings so that the fresh entrants may not encounter problems relating to lack of mentoring. Results In the present day US, due to the “proliferation of foreign languages and cultures,” the aspect of cultural barrier has become a major impediment in the delivery of quality healthcare to patients from diverse backgrounds (Anderson et al, 2003, p.68). This issue is relevant to nurses and healthcare professionals also, who come from diverse cultural backgrounds. Thus, the perceptions of patients or nurses to any aspect of the research may be flawed due to their misconceptions deriving from their cultural orientation. Similarly, when the healthcare industry is shifting its focus from being product oriented to consumer oriented, most of the hospitals may not support a research of this kind, which seeks the alignment of the product that is patient care through monitoring and sharing. However, from the evidence that has been gathered during the course of this study, it has transpired that the lack of proper communication between the nurses, mentors and patients is a major concern in hospital settings. This problem results in the compromise of quality of patient care in healthcare organizations. Thus, this study, through determining the areas that affect the patient care and by identifying the areas where improvement can be made, will be able to make appropriate recommendations so that the quality of patient care can be enhanced to the benefits of the patients as well as nurses. Thus, the research will contribute to the overall enhancement of delivery of care to the patients across all healthcare organizations. Analysis and Conclusions The data obtained will be analyzed using appropriate statistical tools, and depending on the nature of data. If only qualitative data is only elicited, the same will be subjected to analysis. The researcher will discuss the information obtained from primary and secondary sources in detail with reference the relevant aspects of the research, especially in the context of the role of sharing and mentoring in healthcare settings for the improvement of quality of care to patients. Based on the analysis the researcher will draw up the findings and results of the study. The researcher will make appropriate conclusions based on the findings and results of the study. Appropriate recommendations based on the evidence gleaned from the study will also be endorsed in the last section. The likely recommendation will be the implementation of a proper system of sharing and mentoring to facilitate better care to patients. Similarly, the researcher will also endorse a recommendation that the hospital authorities will encourage constant interaction between patients and healthcare staff. Recommendations Based on the analysis of the data obtained from the secondary sources as well as through primary data gleaned from the interviews with the patients and nurses, the researcher will be able to draw up appropriate recommendations to make the system of delivery of care more effective and efficient to fetch the best outcomes for both patients as well as nurses. The recommendations will also include the measures to identify any gaps in the interaction among patients, nurses and their mentors. Besides, it will focus on various means to fill the gaps and to facilitate better interaction that can further contribute to developing a system of seamless communication among all the stakeholders.
