What is clear about the beams and starter bars is that the framing arrangements, as well as locations of the frames, have been provided by the structural and architectural requirements. It is a reinforced concrete frame having a one-way beam and slab floor system that distributes load evenly to the footing system. This point has been contextualized by the design of the slab reinforcement, heavier reinforcement in beams, the architectural design of the T-beam reinforcement for what seems to be the shear and flexural.

Generally, the loading will be transferred from the floor to the beams and the footing system but what needs to be noted is that the loading of the floor will have to be multiplied by tributary area to determine the factored load experiences by the ground story column in as much as that has not been exhibited in figure 5 provided. Again, the area of the concrete will be supporting the established or calculated force (though this will have to take into account both the concrete strength and the steel).

Again, the slabs seem to have been designed with reinforcement of steel that is parallel to the numerical grid lines. 2.3. Figure 6: (according to the data of figures provided) Constructing Blockwork walls to the sub-floor areaAs seen in figure 6, the principle behind the construction of blockwork walls to the sub-floor area is to act as loadbearing walls. As it is in this case, the wall has the ability to support other parts of the building, especially those that are not load-bearing so that there is the transfer of loads evenly from the point where the blockwork wall has been constructed to columns, beams, floors and footing system.

To carry vertical loads as is the case here, the figure shows walls that are continuous from top to bottom. Basically, the opening should be made to be narrow as well as being in line vertically, instead of being haphazardly located on the point of elevation or the elevation.
