In the stub shaft, each resilient gripping ring is mounted between a chuck and a pressure plate of the complete structure. Each Stub shaft consists of thirteen parts which are arranged in a sequence for making the rotations of the said rod in a specific direction for the proper functioning of the stub shaft. The manufacturing of the stub shaft is accomplished through a set of engineering tasks like machining process with the help of an advanced shape of the numerical machine system through an advanced data processing and control techniques with multiple uses with the help of machine tools. 2. Brief history of NC/CNC and fundamental research: The Numerical control is the automation of the machine tools manufactured in the 1940s and 1950s, based on the engineering tools that were designed to follow the instructions as were coded into the system as through on the paper tape mechanism (2). These early machines have been modified into the modern computer numerical controlled (CNC) machine tools that have facilitated the whole design process. These CNC machine tools are helpful in the designing, machining and manufacturing process for the manufacturing of the stub shaft as per the required standards and quality. The modern CNC system is used with the help of Computer Aided Designs (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing programs (CAM) for the manufacturing of the product in a coordinated system. NC blocks are helpful in the generation and editing of the NC programs on a graphical user basis through an overall functional display method. These blocks are made up of one or of a plurality of syntax elements in the designing arrangements for the manufacturing of the engineering products as stub shafts. Therefore, an NC program for a numerical control of a machine tool can be synthesized in NC blocks containing one or more syntax elements for its completion as in the shape of the raw parts as to be defined for the final product which is further aligned with respect to a machine axis. The whole process is completed with the help of the tools and equipment with the major assistance of the NC machines. 3. Relations between parts of the Stub shaft: The manufacturing process proceeds with the specific physical configurations as encoded in the CNC machines for their utilization with the help of the engineering tools and equipment as per ISO certified standards. The given below diagram will illustrate the structure and configuration of the stub shaft in association with all other segments in the complete shape. The structure has been constructed with the CNC, machines with the designing, configuring and finally manufacturing of the product as per certified international standards and quality of the product .The process moves in a coordinated and well focused manner for the production of the desired product as Stub shaft as in the following shape: (4) Machining process : Analysis and formulation of the machining process and a plan to complete the machining of the component based on CNC machining. The machining process for the manufacture of the stub shaft requires the utilization of CNC machining mechanism through the removal of the extra objects from the bulk as to produce a product in its final form. The process is completed with a set of interconnected and interrelated engineering stages like manufacturing, designing and finishing of the product with the utilization of the tools and CNC machining mechanisms for the production of the stub shaft as per the approved standards. The machining process involves the material removal methods which are completed with the use of ripper cutter for the manufacturing of the product. The process is completed with the machine tools such as lathes, milling, drill presses and other allied instruments for cutting the material as convert cut the material for achieving the desired geometry of the product. Machining is a part of the manufacturing process and is completed by the technical personals called as the machinists and the place where the process is completed by these personals called a machine shop. The process is accomplished with the assistance of technical knowledge of the subject, utilization of the technical skills and manpower through the use of CNC machines and CAD/CAM programs for making the product as per the requisite details and specifications. 5. NC/CNC Machining Program. Coordinate systems choice. The use of machining process is helpful in making the product in the desired shape and size with the performance of all the related engineering tasks in a coordinated fashion through the CNC machines as with the requisite standards and specifications. The specifications are designed, encoded and produced with the use of human and financial capital. The machining processes includes turning, drilling and millings which are supplemented with other allied processes like shaping, planning, boring, sawing and broaching. The following diagram will illustrate the position as has been achieved with the use of engineering skills for the manufacturing of an engineering product: Stub shafts are used in the sheeting of rolled paper stock for their further utilization in the industrial process. 6. NC program of CNC machining of the component: These specifications are achieved with the use of NC programs as through the use of CNC machines with CAD/CAM programs with necessary input data as in the encoded format and with the utilization of the materials like aluminum for the production of stub shaft. The stub shafts are designed for a desirable length and specifications for the development of a low weight product through the use of turning and milling operations .In the milling process a rotating tool with multiple cutting edges is used for its further processing as implemented for the manufacturing of the stub shafts. 6.  Quality aspects. Discussion of machining quality aspects for one part set or multiple part sets. There are three types of machining processes as turning stage, drilling stage and milling stage for the manufacturing of the stub shafts with a quality as approved by the ISO certified authorities in the shape of the relevant codes. The data helps in the designing of the products with the use of numerical machines and CNC with accurate input information. The programs are recorded in the form of software systems and these systems are programmed in accordance with the design, configuration and specification of the stub shaft. The process finally leads to the manufacturing of stub shaft as outwardly extending shoulder formed thereon which further comprising a thrust bearing mounted on said the hollow shaft.
