He suggested that we create a working group that would examine the situation and present practical improvements. Besides that, accessibility of entertainment facilities in the school diverted the students’ attention from these meetings. I realised that it is imperative to scout the website of the employer and review the common interview questions. I also noted that preparing responses to interview questions is crucial for a successful interview. Before the interview, I made sure I dress in a way that fits the organisation as well as its culture. I ensured that I dress for success by exhibiting a professional appearance and arriving on Time. During the interview, I was not just relaxed, but ready for the Interview. Before the interview date, I made sure that I packed up additional copies of my resume and also samples of my works and projects. I had a prior knowledge that making a good impression was a cardinal interview rule; therefore, I offered warm greetings to the interviewers and remained polite throughout the process. Besides that, I smiled and made eye contact with my interviewers to demonstrate my confidence. In addition, I remained authentic, brief, positive, attentive, self-assured, and honest throughout the interview process.
