We are facing rapidly growing forces in the sector of architecture and construction industries such as digital technology and urbanization. To meet these demands, it is necessary to adapt to the emerging technological changes. The Australian continent has a large area compared to other countries. Australia is the sixth-largest country in the world about   7 692 024 million km². In contrast to the area size, the only a population of 243,700 people living in the country. Most Australians people live near Ivanhoe in central NSW like Queensland, NSW, and Victoria.

Although the Northern Territory of Australia takes 40 percent of Australia's area size, there are only a million people living there.  The sparse settlements present many tremendous opportunities for architectural engineers to make positive impacts in North Territory and encourage more people to come in. Moreover, the responsibilities of architectural engineers are important to develop the north area of Australia. For instance, Northern Australia needs environmentally sustainable buildings the engineers can help design.

In light of this unique demand, this report explores the roles of architectural engineering in improving Northern Australia for the next two generations by giving many practical reasons to motivate people to move to northern Australia and live there. The engineers are to help capitalize on geographical advantages, promote green agriculture, sustainability for the environment, help prevent negative effects of climate change, mate the area attractive to Asia, trade, industrial development and improve Australian reputation.
