Building a report therefore entail using active listening skills to listen what participants are talking about, developing statements that are empathetic and demonstrate understanding of the situation and the requirements of participants, inquiring from participants about their views or the problems that they are encountering, or their own reservations. Developing a rapport also entail discovering the things that participants share in common and discuss about them, dealing with the common things directly that is, face to face and being interested with all participants and their broad interests on the task undertaking and other non-work activities.
